At first your work with us will be perhaps small, insignificant, voluntary and part time. In due course, however, when your contributions and time invested begin to be significant, every effort will be made by Hamilton Learning Foundation to compensate you for your efforts by either salary or by “tokens of the realm,” which may be redeemed for learning experience, travel or special merchandise.
If it becomes obvious to you that your investment of time and energy is not being realistically compensated, you are free to simply withdraw from participation after courteously giving Hamilton Learning Foundation notice of your intention.
If your talents, skills and ideas are officially utilized in this project, you will be notified and considered for a full-time, paid position in the future.
